Heidi’s Methodology for Life and Mindset Design

The basis of my methodology for life and mindset design is based off of my own lifestyle and growth mindset shifts that I have encountered throughout life and corporate environments.  I am able to share that methodology with you, while showing you how to incorporate a very specific set of tools that I designed which allow:  constant growth, the ability to work well with others, living a balanced life, constant happiness, and full contentment, and more. 

In a growth mindset, people believe that their most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work—brains and talent are just the starting point.  This view creates a love of learning and a resilience that is essential for great accomplishment.  Virtually all great people have been successful because of their growth mindsets.

What are some signs that you need a life and mindset shift?

  • You are not present in the moment

  • You judge people’s actions

  • You are not practicing daily gratefulness

  • You do not work on personal development

  • You get angry if things do not go your way

  • You say “yes” when you want to say “no”

  • You are not always excited to start your day

  • You hold others accountable for your own actions

  • You focus on what is wrong instead of what is right

  • You mourn your failures & do not celebrate your victories

  • You compare yourself to others

  • You let toxic people infect your mind

  • You have negative thoughts

  • You feel a sense of overwhelm & worry daily

  • You do not set new goals because you are afraid of failure … & you quit

There is a specific wheelhouse of tools that I use to design my life and growth mindset.  That wheelhouse includes:

  1. ‘Flip the Switch’- the ability to quickly change your mindset from negative to positive

  2. Gratitude Journaling- taking 5-15 minutes a day to write down what you are thankful for

  3. Affirmations- the practice of positive thinking, self-empowerment and self-love

  4. Being Present in the Moment- being fully present, aware of where we are and what we are doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what is going on around us

  5. Communication- going beyond talking and listening; learning to understand others

  6. Dealing with Change- learning why you should deal with change

  7. Letting Go- letting go of the attachment (control and fear) and learning the lesson

  8. Relaxation Tactics- how to incorporate relaxation into daily living and making it a priority

  9. Work & Family Balance- finding a balance between work, friends and family

  10. Personal Development- working to make yourself better every single day

  11. Manifestation- envisioning what you truly want and truly desire, what you see yourself doing and where you see yourself going; you see it when you believe it

  12. Happiness- feeling happy at every point in your life (complete combination of all the tools)

After incorporating Heidi’s wheelhouse of tools, you will have the ability to design your life and your own growth mindset.  You will recognize these shifts in both your life and your mindset:

Simple daily incorporation of Heidi’s methodology and specific tools will allow you to design the life and mindset that you want, where you will ultimately live in a constant state of gratefulness, happiness and fun, wherever you are.  We all want that, don’t we.
